Our Third Party Maintenance (TPM) enables you to easily and cost-efficiently maintain IT systems from different manufacturers in your data center.

Our technicians visit your data center several times a year and work closely with your team on site. They check the systems thoroughly, document their current state and rectify potential problems before they occur. In this way, we ensure the long-term maintenance of your IT infrastructure. In addition, any errors that occur are of course also rectified within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs). This on-site service is included in the total price for full maintenance, as are the costs for spare parts.

Ticket notification

Our Service Dispatch Center (SDC) is available 24/7 to report a fault on one of your systems.

The SDC will coordinate all necessary steps to ensure that the fault is rectified quickly by the Germany-wide service team. Please have the following data of the affected system ready when calling the SDC:

  • Local contact person with contact information
  • Priority of the fault
  • Fault description, system error codes
  • System location
  • System serial number

This information is also required when opening a ticket by e-mail.
